Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all day-to-day accounting operations of the company.
• Coordinate with banks for transactions, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
• Prepare and manage customer invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain records of receipts, expenses, and general ledgers.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulation accounting standards and company policies.
• Liaise with auditors, customers, and vendors as needed.
• Support management with cash flow planning and financial insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in accounting or financial management (manufacturing industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Tally / MS Excel / accounting software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines with ability to manage people.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience; negotiable).
