Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for US IT staffing, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Develop and maintain relationships with direct clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. Utilize various job boards such as CPT, Direct Client, Fieldglass, Job Diva, Monster, MSP/VMS platforms to source candidates. Ensure compliance with W2 regulations and handle all aspects of US taxation related to employee placements. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns related to candidate placement or client satisfaction.
