Job Summary:
The Accounts & Administration Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of financial accounting and organizational administration. This role oversees the accounting team and supports administrative functions such as facility management, procurement, compliance, and general office operations. The position requires leadership, multi-tasking, and high integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally/ERP.
Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Ensure monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
2. Payables and Receivables
Process vendor payments and ensure reconciliation.
Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding dues.
Reconcile supplier and customer ledgers periodically.
3. Statutory Compliance
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PT, PF, and ESIC.
Coordinate with auditor, and legal advisors for compliance, approval,sops etc
Manage data and documentation for inspections and assessments.
4. Budgeting & MIS
Assist in annual budgeting and cost control.
Generate monthly MIS for management decisions.
Analyze variances and suggest corrective actions.
5. Treasury & Banking
Manage daily cash flow and bank transactions.
Prepare bank reconciliations and manage deposits/loans.
Maintain good relationships with bank representatives.

Administrative Responsibilities
6. Office & Facility Management
Supervise upkeep and functioning of office facilities.
Oversee housekeeping, security, and maintenance services.
Ensure availability and proper use of office infrastructure.
7. Procurement & Asset Management
Manage purchases of office supplies, IT equipment, and services.
Maintain stock register and vendor database.
Ensure asset tagging and physical verification.
8. HR & Admin Support
Maintain attendance, leave records, and coordinate with HR.
Help in onboarding, documentation, and record-keeping.
Coordinate employee welfare initiatives and travel arrangements.
9. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure administrative compliance with local laws and safety norms.
Maintain all company documents, contracts, and licenses.
Ensure SOPs are followed for admin processes.
10. Vendor & Contract Management
Manage service contracts (AMC, lease agreements, etc.).
Negotiate terms with suppliers for better pricing and terms.
Ensure timely renewal of contracts and licenses.

Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and admin protocols.
Excellent knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and documentation tools.
Sound understanding of statutory compliances (GST, PF, TDS, etc.).
