Accounts Manager (CA Firm only)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and other relevant financial documents.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books.

2. Stock & Inventory Management

• Oversee inventory accounting and coordinate with the stores/production team for accurate stock levels.
• Monitor material movement (raw material, WIP, finished goods) and conduct periodic stock audits.
• Ensure accurate valuation of inventory in accordance with accounting standards.

3. Taxation & Compliance

• Handle all direct and indirect tax matters (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
• Ensure timely filing of returns and payment of statutory dues.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government departments for assessments and compliance.

4. Payroll Management

• Supervise end-to-end payroll processing including salary computation, statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT), and disbursements.
• Maintain employee records and coordinate with HR for payroll-related matters.

5. Budgeting & Cost Control

• Assist in budget preparation, cost analysis, and monitoring of expenditures.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend financial strategies to improve profitability.

6. Systems & Tools

• Expert-level user of Tally ERP – for accounting, inventory, and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel – including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:

• CA / MBA in Finance & Accounts (preferred: experience in manufacturing/industrial setup).
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and compliance.
• Experience with stock and inventory systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
