Accounts Intern

As an Accounts Intern at our company in Palladam, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department with day-to-day accounting tasks. This internship presents a valuable opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain practical experience in accounting operations and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring proper documentation. - Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process. - Support in preparing invoices, bills, and expense vouchers. - Assist with bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance. - Help with GST filing and TDS tracking under supervision. - Support the team in monthly closings and audits. - Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records. - Work on Excel spreadsheets and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks). - Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualification Required: - B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or pursuing the same. - Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel. - Familiarity with accounting software is a plus. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. - Good communication and organizational skills.
