Debit & Credit Note Entries

Managing Petty Cash details

3PL - Reviewing MIS Bi-monthly to check any discrepancy in Petty Cash/Transportation etc

Sales Accounting:

b. Send details to Sales team after confirmation about the dispatch

c. After Sales team confirms loading details, coordinate with centralised accounts team to get the E-Invoice & Ewaybill made
d. After checking details of E-Invoice and Ewaybill, give a "go Ahead" on the same Accounts group - This will act as a green light to the Warehouse Team to dispatch the materiale. Transporter details finalisation + accounting entry to be passed after deducting TDS as applicable

f. Goodpack/GPS Pallets entry to be maintained - Inward & Outward

g. TDS/TCS confirmation from customers and updating the same to centralised accounting team.

h. Updation of successful dispatch to the customer along with necessary documentation

Purchase Accounting:

a. Send Purchase Order to the Supplier

b. Speak with Supplier and get Invoice, Ewaybill, E-invoice (if applicable), LR Copy, Test Certificate, Loading Picture

c. Forward the Inward Documents to Warehouse team and ask to track the same. Follow up with warehouse until material reaches intended warehouse

d. Once material reaches warehouse, double check the material is as per the order. If not, any discrepancy shall be immediately informed to the supplier by mail along with evidence

e. Document set to be uploaded for entry to centralised accounting team on the day the material has arrived to Destination

f. To monitor and follow up with centralised accounting team until the entry has been done
