Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Experience: 0–3 Years | IT Industry

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting functions, invoicing, and compliance for our IT service business.

Key Responsibilities

-Handle AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries

-Prepare invoices and follow up for client payments

-Manage inward & outward remittances for international transactions

-Maintain GST, TDS & statutory compliance records

-Vendor payments, employee reimbursements & petty cash handling

-Support audit activities and monthly closings

Skills & Qualifications

-B.Com/M.Com or related degree

-0–3 years of accounting experience (IT industry preferred)

-Proficient with Tally ERP / Zoho Books & MS Excel

-Knowledge of GST, TDS, banking operations, and remittance compliance

-Strong numerical and communication skills
