As we scale, we are seeking a dynamic Financial Analyst/Deputy CFO with a strong grounding in Indian accounting standards and corporate finance to support strategic and regulatory functions within our finance department. Industry: Technology / AI Solutions Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum Role Overview: We are looking for a qualified financial professional to assist in managing financial operations, statutory compliance, and corporate governance. This role is ideal for candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience in the corporate sector , who are well-versed in Indian Accounting Standards and financial reporting. You will work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders such as stock exchanges, RTAs, NSDL, and brokers. Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Strategy: Familiarity with Ind-AS , quarterly filings , audit coordination , and compliance frameworks. Exposure to working with stock exchanges , NSDL/CDSL , and RTAs is preferred. Support in financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning aligned with business goals. Assist in preparing strategic financial insights for leadership decision-making. Analyze performance trends and present financial summaries. Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind_AS) and other statutory regulations. Contribute to the preparation and timely filing of quarterly and annual financial statements. Help coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies such as SEBI . Work alongside entities like BSE, NSDL, CDSL, RTAs , and brokers to manage reporting and compliance. Ensure timely and accurate documentation for stakeholder communications. Assist in monitoring and improving internal control systems and risk management practices. Participate in financial audits and suggest process improvements. Help manage daily cash flows, banking transactions, and treasury functions. Ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs. Work closely with senior finance team members and contribute to building an efficient finance function. Support in mentoring junior finance staff where applicable. Qualifications & Experience: MBA in Finance or M.Com (CA/CFA is an added advantage) Experience: 2–3 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or financial planning roles.
