Accounts/ Finance Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining financial records and general ledgers by recording transactions, journal entries and adjustments accurately and timely.
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, expense repots and other financial documents for payment or reimbursement, ensure proper documentation and authorisation.
• Recording& updating bank related transactions bank statements day to day basis accurately and timely.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of records.
• Verifying and recording transactions of purchase invoices, expenses bills, service bills. TDS posting and report.
• Prepare sales invoices and service invoices. Verifying all dispatch and services related documents. Ensuring proper documentation and authorization.
• Eway bill issue against dispatches, job work, job work returns, import material.
• Assist in GSTR report and returns filing.
• Employee travel expenses& imprest expenses settlement verifying, booking and adjustments against advance payment. Ensure properly reimbursement of accounts.
• Employee reconciliation report with Salary, PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF payments.
• Helping auditor/ CA with their requirements.
• Co-ordinate with the departments heads oan various accounting and taxations issues.
• Well experienced in Tally, ERP 9, SAP, Excel, MS Office ... etc.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification: B.com/ M.com

Experience: 2-3 Years
