Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Accounts Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client accounts, ensuring seamless integration of financial data, and maintaining compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Integration of client accounts from billing software into Tally ERP
• Ensuring accurate and timely data migration and reconciliation
• Managing GST compliance including return filing, reconciliation, and advisory
• Handling accounting entries, ledger maintenance, and finalization of accounts
• Supervising and coordinating with junior staff members
• Managing staff allocation and workflow distribution
• Liaising with clients for accounting and taxation matters
• Assisting in audits and preparation of financial statements

Required Qualifications & Skills

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
• Proven expertise in GST laws, rules, and compliance procedures
• Strong proficiency in Tally ERP software
• Experience in accounts integration from various billing software to Tally
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Supervisory experience in managing team members

Preferred:

• Pursuing or completed CA Inter/Final
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a CA firm or manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of manufacturing sector accounting practices
• Familiarity with ERP systems and multiple billing software platforms
