Accounts Executive- UK Process

Role & responsibilities

• Maintaining strong relationships with both customers and suppliers
• Process supplier invoices into the accounting system accurately and in a timely manner
• Raise and issue invoices to customers in line with billing schedule
• Proactively followup with suppliers for credit notes where necessary
• Support with general day to day finance and administration tasks as required
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve any invoicing queries
• Work from office UK Shift Timings : Monday - Friday (12:30 pm to 9:30 pm)
• Chennai Candidates Only
• Immediate Joiners Only

Eligibility

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in an accounts or finance executive role
• Working knowledge of invoice processing and billing procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience in using accounting software (Tally , Quick books , Zoho ,SAAP, etc)
• Working knowledge in Xero software will be an added advantage
