Education: B.Com, M.Com / MBA Skills: 1.Microsoft Excel - Advanced skills 2.Communication - Strong verbal and written skills (emails). 3.Accounting Principles - Basic understanding. 4.Analytical Skills - Ability to analyze financial data and interpret discrepancies 5.Problem-Solving: Effective issue resolution Responsibilities: 1.Reconciliation: Perform detailed reconciliation of travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services against invoices and payments. 2.Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies between booked travel services and invoices received from suppliers. 3.Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all reconciliations, adjustments, and communications with suppliers and clients. 4.Reporting: Generate and analyze reconciliation reports to provide insights on booking trends, discrepancies, and financial performance. 5.Communication: Liaise with suppliers, travel agents, and internal departments to resolve issues related to travel bookings and payments. 6.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in the reconciliation workflow and implement best practices. 7.Compliance: Ensure all reconciliations and financial transactions comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
