We have retail showrooms in Chennai, Pondicherry, and Coimbatore. Besides elegance and luxury, we bring technology and innovation to modern living spaces. Job Responsibility: * Preparing and processing Purchase Orders (POs) and ensuring timely approvals * Converting purchase bills into accurate accounting entries * Verifying general expenses and supporting documents for compliance * Recording, maintaining, and reconciling all expense bills * Ensuring statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes * Maintaining day-to-day accounting transactions in Zoho Software * Handling accounts payable and receivable activities * Preparing vendor reconciliations and following up on outstanding balances * Assisting in month-end and year-end closing activities * Maintaining ledgers, journals, and other financial records. Must Have Skills: Knowledge in Excel is Mandatory Communication Skills for Vendor coordination Strong Numeric Ability Ability to work under Deadlines Contact : 7639019640
