Our commitment to precision, compliance, and quality makes us a trusted name in the industry. ๐Ÿ”น Position Title: Account and Taxation Executive ๐Ÿ”น Role Overview: We are looking for Account and Taxation Executives to join our dynamic team and manage financial and compliance work across Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) like Nagar Panchayat, Nagar Parishad, and Nagar Nigam offices. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of taxation laws and accounting principles, should be open to working across various districts of Bihar (excluding Patna District), and must be ready to relocate as per project or operational requirements. ๐Ÿ”น Key Responsibilities: Cash Book Preparation: Daily maintenance and updating of cash books for municipal bodies. Accounting: Journal entries, ledger management, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements. Taxation Work: Including but not limited to: GST Filing & Compliance TDS (GST & Income Tax) Income Tax Return Preparation EPF Filing & Documentation Finalization of Accounts and preparation of reports like Balance Sheet, P&L, etc. Liaising with Government Departments and ensuring compliance with audit and financial regulations. Support in Internal/External Audit Processes. Budget Preparation ๐Ÿ”น Qualifications & Skills: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and EPF Strong command of Tally, MS Excel, and financial software Good communication and report-writing skills ๐Ÿ”น Preferred Qualifications: Professional certifications such as CA Inter or CMA Inter Prior experience in similar roles, especially with Urban Local Bodies or government-linked projects ๐Ÿ”น Job Locations: Open for All Over Bihar (EXCLUDING Patna District) This includes the following districts: Nawada, Nalanda, Khagaria, Begusarai, Samastipur, Gopalganj, Sasaram, Aurangabad, Buxar, Darbhanga, Araria, Arwal, Banka, Bhojpur, Bhagalpur, East Champaran, West Champaran, Gaya, Jamui, Jehanabad, Kaimur, Katihar, Kishanganj, Lakhisarai, Madhepura, Madhubani, Munger, Muzaffarpur, Purnea, Saharsa, Saran, Sheikhpura, Sheohar, Sitamarhi, Siwan, Supaul, Vaishali. ๐Ÿ›‘ Note: Posting is NOT open for Patna District. ๐Ÿ“ Additional Notes: Field work related to municipal offices is required.
