Job Title: Accounts Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Location: Bangalore Salary: 3 - 5 Lakhs per annum Key Responsibilities: Tally Experience: Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally. GST & TDS Filing: Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST and TDS returns. Banking Operations: Handle banking transactions, including payments and reconciliations. Excel Expertise: Utilize advanced Excel skills to track and manage financial data. Billing & Payments: Prepare and process customer invoices. Manage supplier payments and collections, including follow-ups on outstanding payments. Send quotes to customers and monitor payment receipts. Stock & Trial Balance Audits: Conduct daily audits of stores, stock values, and trial balances. Vendor Reconciliation: Perform reconciliation of vendor payments and resolve discrepancies. Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports. Maintain original bills and documents, ensuring proper filing and record-keeping. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to obtain necessary documents and process payments. Other Tasks: Provide additional support as required by the accounts team and management. Required Candidate Profile: Experience: 4+ years of experience in accounting, preferably from the manufacturing or food and beverage (F&B) industry. Educational Qualification: MCom / BCom Immediate Joiners: Preferred Additional Skills: A two-wheeler would be an added advantage for commuting. Knowledge of factory licenses and renewal processes is beneficial.
