Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

Maintain all accounting records like Purchase Bills, Labour Bills and expense vouchers.
Maintain petty cash imprest and perform weekly reconciliation for settlement at HO.
Posting day to day invoices and other accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
Prepare and maintain documentation of Fixed Assets and other investments undertaken for Nagpur Plant.
Preparing and maintaining inventory records and assisting in Stock count activity.
Maintain customer and supplier correspondence files and send weekly status update to HO.
Maintain supporting documentation of bank transactions undertaken for Nagpur Plant and assist in Bank reconciliation activity at HO.
Assist in monthly closing activity at HO. Perform any other tasks as directed by the management.

Skills to have

Sound knowledge of Tally Prime.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, CRM software.
Knowledge of General Accounting procedures.
Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation laws.
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial statements and reports.
Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and reporting financial information.
Proficient in Data entry management.
Proficient in preparing & handling of formats, data, files/folders, MIS reporting.

Competencies Required:

Good Communication skills and Team Player.
Good interpersonal skills, self motivated, meticulous possessing self initiative.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
