Accounts Executive

Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate books of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations. Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements in a timely manner. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and budgets. Monitor cash flow and assist with forecasting. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and other tax filings. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation. Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records. Coordinate with other departments for financial data and clarification. Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements. Perform any other accounting-related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com, M.Com, or CA Inter preferred). 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) and MS Excel. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
