Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Sector 40 D, Chandigarh

Experience: 2 – 3 years

Note: Please review the job description carefully before applying. This role is open to candidates with 2 to 3 years of hands-on accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries.
Manage billing, invoicing, reconciliations, and payment follow-ups.
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing and reporting.
Prepare MIS reports and support audits (internal & external).
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation norms, and company policies.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2–3 years of experience in accounting.
Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and billing.
Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting tools.
Graduate in Commerce or a related field.
Strong communication, accuracy, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
