Job Title: Accounts Executive

Ravi Packagings is a leading manufacturer of industrial packaging materials such as HDPE/PP woven bags, LDPE bags and more. With over 50 years of industry experience and 500+ satisfied customers, we are known for our commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare sales invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills accurately and on time.
Maintain Tally accounts, including sales, purchase, receipts, and payments entries.
Assist in reconciliation of accounts, petty cash handling, and bank-related documentation.
Coordinate with customers for delivery schedules, dispatch updates, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and correspondence systematically.
Coordinate internally with production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Provide administrative support such as drafting emails, preparing reports, and follow-ups with clients.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in accounts and office coordination roles.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic computer applications.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
