Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Daily Sales & Stock Accounting/MIS - Raising Invoices & Purchase Orders on Tally 2. Maintaining Petty Cash accounts, Bank coordination - Cash deposits/withdrawal and others 3. Vendor Coordination – Incoming/Outgoing stocks, Vendor payments 4. Stock Management - Organizing stock storage and maintaining stock records 5. Daily Order Dispatch Logistics Payments - Supervise packing and dispatch of customer order products, coordination with couriers for booking & timely delivery 6. Coordination with Auditor - monthly GST returns filing, quarterly accounts, annual accounts/IT returns. 7. Office & Staff Administration – Coordinate office maintenance and staff welfare, purchase office supplies, manage monthly payrolls & staff files Required Skills: 1. 2 to 4 years of experience is preferred. 2. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of Excel and Tally. 3. Preferred Chennai candidates and age must be below 30.
