Role: 1. Financial Record Maintenance Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
Record day-to-day accounting entries such as sales, purchases, receipts, and paymentsEnsure all entries are properly documented with supporting vouchers and invoices2.Accounts Payable & Receivable Process supplier/vendor bills and ensure timely paymentsMonitor outstanding payments from customers and follow up for collectionsReconcile customer and vendor ledgers periodically3.Bank & Cash Management Handle daily cash transactions and maintain cash bookReconcile bank statements with company recordsEnsure proper documentation for deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers4.Taxation & Compliance Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory obligationsPrepare necessary reports and documentation for auditsStay updated with government rules and regulations related to finance and taxation5.Budgeting & Financial Planning Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecastsMonitor actual expenses versus budgeted figuresHighlight deviations and suggest corrective actions6.Internal Control & Audit Support Implement and follow internal financial controlsSupport internal and statutory auditors with required informationEnsure compliance with accounting standards and company policies7.Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsProvide management with timely insights on financial performanceGenerate MIS (Management Information System) reports for decision-making8.Asset & Inventory Management Maintain records of company assets and depreciationReconcile inventory and ensure proper valuation9.Coordination & Communication Coordinate with other
