Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate should have expertise in accounting, SAP Business One, GST filing, bank reconciliation, and statutory accounting processes . This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of financial regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations , including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and financial reporting. Handle GST filing, TDS calculations, and statutory tax compliance , ensuring timely submissions. Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure smooth financial operations. Work with SAP Business One to maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and payments. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, audits, and tax assessments as per regulatory requirements. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies for compliance-related matters. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to statutory accounting standards and company policies . Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and process improvements. Job Specification: Proficiency in SAP Business One and other accounting software. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory accounting processes . Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
