Role & responsibilities Tally Maintenance: Update and maintain financial data using Tally software, ensuring proper accounting records for the company. Excel Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports using Excel; create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking expenses, invoices, and other financial data. Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately enter financial data and assist in filing and maintaining financial records for audit purposes. Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address any accounting queries or issues in a clear and timely manner. Assist with Month-End and Year-End Closures: Support the team with month-end and year-end accounting processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. General Administrative Support: Provide general support for accounting activities, including invoice processing and financial filing. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a junior role.
