Handle
day-to-day accounting entries
including sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and journal vouchers.
Maintain
books of accounts
in Tally / ERP and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in
bank reconciliation
, vendor reconciliation, and inter-branch reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain
petty cash statements
and support monthly closing activities.
Ensure timely and accurate
invoice processing and vendor payments
.
Support in preparation of
GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
.
Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary data during audits.
Maintain records and assist in the preparation of
MIS reports
as required by management.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in
Tally / ERP software
and
MS Office (especially Excel)
.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com)
or equivalent; additional certification in accounting or finance preferred.
2–5 years of experience
in accounting, preferably in the
hospitality or service industry
.
Working knowledge of
Tally / ERP systems
and
MS Excel
is essential.
