Job Description

Job Title: Executive - Accounts

Job Summary

The role involves managing and executing a variety of financial and administrative tasks to ensure smooth accounting operations.Nature of WorkThis position reports to a Head - Finance. This includes recording purchases, sales, reimbursements, and bank transactions in Tally, as well as preparing essential documents such as purchase orders, sales invoices, quotations, and delivery challans. The role also entails creating bank payment files and managing documentation for foreign payments, demonstrating a focus on accuracy and compliance.

What You’ll Do

📑 Accounting & Documentation

Record and maintain purchases, sales, reimbursements, and bank entries using Tally
Generate purchase orders, sales invoices, quotations, and delivery challans
Organize and maintain files related to accounts, legal, and compliance

💡 Banking & Payments

Prepare and manage bank files for processing payments
Handle documentation for international transactions and payments
Oversee petty cash disbursements and other bank-related activities

📦 Inventory & Reporting

Compute and update inventory details monthly for accurate tracking
Support reporting and reconciliation for management and compliance

⚖️ Taxation & Compliance

Prepare and file GST returns
Handle TDS filing and compliance
Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely statutory filings
