Role Overview

Accounts Executive – Finance Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and record financial transactions using Tally Prime / ERP.
• Handle GST and TDS computation, return preparation, and filing.
• Process payments, vendor reconciliations, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Work with Realbooks, Razorpay, and Keka HR for financial and payroll coordination.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Assist with payroll processes and statutory components such as PF and Gratuity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data flow.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Hands-on experience with:

• Realbooks

• Razorpay

• Keka HR

• Tally ERP / Tally Prime

• Strong knowledge of 

  TDS & GST computation and filing

  .
• Understanding of 

  PF and Gratuity

   processes.
• Strong proficiency in 

  Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters)

  .
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain strong documentation standards.
