Job description:-
Location: Santacruz (West), S.V. Road, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Qualification:
Graduate (B. Com or equivalent)
Proficient in Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Data Entry
Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally
Pass Cash, Bank, Sales, and Purchase entries accurately
2. TDS
Prepare and maintain monthly TDS workings
Assist in ensuring timely filing and compliance
3. GST
Handle monthly GST workings and reconciliation
4. Payroll
Assist in salary processing and related statutory entries
5. Inter-Company Reconciliation
Reconcile and tally inter-company accounts within the group monthly
6. Documentation
Maintain proper physical and digital filing systems
Keep all records organized and easily accessible
Assist in preparing documents for audits and internal review
7. Bank Work
Visit banks for deposits, passbook updates, and other requirements
Coordinate with bank officials for account operations.
8. Coordination
Follow up with Chartered Accountants on compliance matters
Liaise with vendors for invoices, payments, and supporting document

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
