Job Description: Crazy Holidays is hiring an Accounts Executive to handle financial transactions, payment gateway operations, and Track My Tour-related queries. The role involves processing payments, reconciling accounts in Tally , managing refunds, and coordinating with schools, parents, and teachers for payment-related matters. Key Responsibilities: Process financial transactions and payment gateway entries in Tally via Easy Auto . Reconcile accounts with the Accounts Team and resolve discrepancies. Manage refunds, maintain documentation, and verify Minimum Guarantee for trips. Coordinate with schools by sending circulars and promotional videos. Handle payment-related calls and Track My Tour queries from parents and staff. Qualifications Skills: Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience in accounts, financial processing, or payment gateway handling is an advantage. Proficiency in Tally, Easy Auto, and Microsoft Excel . Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
