Job Description

Job Title: Accounting Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time

Department: Finance & Accounts

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting principles, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and preparing financial reports.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
Reconcile bank statements and assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Support the preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Handle data entry and ensure proper documentation of accounting transactions.
Respond to internal and external financial inquiries.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: CA-Inter/M.com/M.B.A Finance/B.Com
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) and proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
