Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily accounting activities including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Process vendor invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements.
Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and records.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when required.
Monitor cash flow and maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings (if applicable).
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (may vary based on company needs).
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally / SAP / QuickBooks, etc.).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy under deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience with GST/TDS filing.
Knowledge of payroll processing.
Familiarity with ERP systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
