Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Accounts Executive. As an Accounts Executive, you will manage daily financial transactions, prepare financial reports, maintain accurate ledgers, and handle invoicing and billing processes. Responsibilities also include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling financial discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the finance team to support budgeting and financial planning activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounting Software, Financial Reporting, and Ledger Management
• Skills in Invoicing, Billing Processes, and Account Reconciliation
• Experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience in the hospitality or event management industry is a plus
