Job Title:

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end Accounts Payable functions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the P2P process, GST, TDS, vendor management, and SAP, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete P2P (Procure-to-Pay) process, ensuring compliance with GST and TDS requirements.
Process payment requests received from user departments accurately and on time.
Ensure timely payments to vendors and employees for invoices, advances, and claims.
Implement and maintain strong controls to support a robust verification and approval process.
Assist the Accounts Payable Manager in audit activities, GL analysis, and GL scrutiny.
Execute vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Coordinate with authorized approvers and maintain effective communication.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors for smooth AP operations.
Maintain accurate documentation and record-keeping for all transactions.
Follow process manuals and immediately highlight outdated or unclear process steps to the AP Lead.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Strong SAP knowledge (mandatory)
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines
Detail-oriented and highly organized

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
2–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance roles (experience level can be adjusted as needed)
