Key Responsibilities & Busy Software Functions

• Accurately create and record Purchase Entries (vendor invoices) into the Busy accounting software.
• Generate and process Sale Bills/Invoices and dispatch documents promptly and correctly.
• Handle and record all related documentation for Sale Returns and Purchase Returns.
• Process and track Claim-related entries and documentation, ensuring accuracy for settlement.
• Input and update all Payment Entries and Receipt Entries for both sales and purchases (debtors and creditors).
• Maintain organized digital and physical records for all transactions.
• Assist the accounting team with basic ledger reconciliation and reporting as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in data entry, accounting support, or billing within a Distribution or Retail/FMCG environment.
• Essential Proficiency: Proven, hands-on working experience with Busy Accounting Software for the functions listed above.
• Willingness to Learn: Candidates with strong practical experience in Tally ERP/Prime performing similar functions (Purchase/Sale/Returns/Payments) will be considered, provided they are willing to immediately learn and transition to Busy software.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data input.
• Basic Accounting Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of general accounting principles relating to sales, purchases, and ledger maintenance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
