Job Description

Accurately enter purchase, sales, and expense entries into the accounting system. Maintain and update financial records (accounts payable and receivable). Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment reminders. Reconcile bank statements and monitor daily cash flow. Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets. Handle general office administration (calls, emails, supplies). Maintain service call records and schedule service appointments. Provide administrative support to various departments.
