Job Description

As an MIS Accounts Executive in the Property and Asset Management business in Bengaluru, your main responsibility will be to handle client finance and accounting at the site. You are expected to adhere to the financial services scope and responsibilities outlined in the Property Management Services agreement with the client. Your key deliverables will include: - Submission of MIS & Reports as per SLA's to respective stakeholders - Preparation and submission of Monthly MMR with inputs from each department - Adding Daily reports in DMR/MMR for an overview - Tracking, assigning, and closing of PPM in evolution - Handling imp rest at the site - Coordinating with EM to maintain various trackers at the site - Coordinating with section heads to follow up on closing pending complaints and preparing reports for delays - Maintaining records of communication with external bodies and sending reminders on a case-by-case basis - Performing any other task or responsibility assigned by the management - Calculating CAM for Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 and having a complete understanding of Per Sft cost monthly/quarterly. You will be reporting directly to the Property Manager. Qualifications: - Degree/Diploma with a relevant educational background and a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience If you are analytical and meticulous with a Degree/Diploma and 2-3 years of relevant work experience, this role might be perfect for you.
