Job Description

Job Responsibilities would be as below: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and expense reimbursements. Process payments, track transactions, and ensure timely billing and collections. Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts in collaboration with the finance team. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve payment or account-related queries. Reconcile bank statements and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Manage data entry and maintain organized documentation for audits and reviews. Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed. Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. [1-3 years] of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role (freshers with strong academic background may also apply). Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and MS Office (especially Excel). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members and external partners. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus. Passion for education and technology is an advantage.
