Accounts Consolidation & Reporting Manager

As a highly experienced and qualified professional, you will be leading the financial consolidation and reporting function across multiple business regions. Your expertise in financial accounting, group consolidations, and statutory reporting within a large, diversified business setup, preferably from infrastructure, construction, or related industries, will be invaluable. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end financial consolidation of group entities across regions, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. - Coordinate with regional finance teams for data collection, validation, and standardization. - Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - Drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes efficiently. - Provide support during statutory audits, including handling audit queries and ensuring timely closure. - Ensure consistency and accuracy of accounting policies and practices across entities. - Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and support management with actionable insights. - Continuously improve reporting processes and drive automation initiatives. Requirements: - Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience. - Proven experience in financial consolidation and reporting, preferably in large, multi-entity or multinational organizations. - Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and/or IFRS. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. - Experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation tools is preferred.,
