Accounts Associate

Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Assist in managing day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Prepare and review financial statements, invoices, and reports. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in financial reports. Collaborate with internal departments to streamline accounting processes. Assist in tax preparation, including GST computation and payment, audits, and regulatory compliance. Respond to financial inquiries from clients, vendors, and management. Utilize accounting software and tools to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy. Preferred candidate profile : Bachelors degree in Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (BCom/MCom/BAF) or CA Inter (Group A/Group B). 1-4 years of experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred. Experience in general accounting, bookkeeping, and finalizing accounts. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting. Proficiency in accounting software: Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or equivalent. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management. Communication Skills: Basic English, Hindi & Marathi/Hindi. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
