Job Description

As an Accounts Assistant , you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks and Zoho Finance with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger records. Assist in preparing and maintaining financial reports. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST and TDS filings. Manage and update accounting software, including QuickBooks and Zoho Finance . Support monthly and annual closing processes. Address queries related to financial transactions and account discrepancies. Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Requirements Skills and Qualifications Mandatory Proficiency: QuickBooks and Zoho Finance. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent attention to detail and numerical aptitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools. Good organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance (preferred). Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
