Role & responsibilities Account Targeting & Research: Identify and research high-value target accounts in industries such as manufacturing, retail, healthcare, energy, and others that benefit from IT services, data engineering, business intelligence, and analytics solutions. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement tailored account-based sales strategies that focus on building long-term relationships, addressing specific business pain points, and aligning solutions with the clients objectives. Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads within target accounts through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, social media, and leveraging internal data. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts, including C-level executives, VPs, directors, and IT managers. Presentations & Proposals: Lead the preparation and presentation of customized proposals and presentations to prospects, articulating the value proposition of IT services, data analytics solutions, and case studies. Negotiation & Closing: Manage the sales cycle, from initial engagement to negotiation and deal closure, ensuring successful conversion of leads to long-term clients. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, technical, and project delivery teams to ensure alignment between client needs, our offerings, and successful implementation. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track sales performance, account progress, and lead conversion using CRM tools. Provide regular updates to the sales leadership team regarding pipeline status and revenue forecasts. Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to continuously improve the sales approach. Required Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services, data engineering, business intelligence, or data analytics. Sales Expertise: Proven track record in selling IT services or data analytics solutions using account-based sales strategies, with a focus on long sales cycles and high-value deals. ABM Experience: Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to generate and nurture high-value leads. Technical Background: Familiarity with IT services, data engineering, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and data warehousing. Tools: Account Reseach tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase & Apollo . Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Relationship Management: Strong ability to develop relationships with decision-makers and key influencers within target accounts. Solution-Oriented: Ability to understand client business needs and offer tailored, strategic solutions that align with their objectives. CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities, manage pipeline, and report on progress. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close large deals. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industries where DataToBiz operates, including manufacturing, healthcare, retail, energy, and technology.
