Job Description

As an Accounts Administrator at our company located in CBD mall, Vaishanodevi Circle, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance team by managing day-to-day accounting tasks. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure that financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies and regulations. If you have a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software, we are looking for you to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update financial records and accounting systems to ensure accuracy. - Reconcile bank statements, vendor statements, and credit card accounts for transparency. - Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and account summaries for better financial management. - Handle petty cash, staff expense claims, and reimbursement processing efficiently. - Support month-end and year-end close processes to meet deadlines. - Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. - Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve account-related queries promptly. - Manage documentation and filing of financial records physically and digitally for easy access. - Monitor cash flow and report discrepancies or variances to the Finance Manager for corrective actions. Qualifications & Skills: - Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role. - Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, Xero, or similar. - Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools. - Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy for precise record-keeping. - Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. - Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments. - Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator, Accounting, or similar role.
