Job Description: Accounts & Administrative Executive

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts & Administrative Executive to handle daily financial, accounting, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, VAT compliance, banking operations, stock management, and be proficient in using accounting software like Tally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping & Accounting
  • Maintain day-to-day financial records and transactions
  • Record entries in ledgers and journals with accuracy
  • Assist in preparation of trial balance, profit & loss, and balance sheet
  • VAT Management
  • Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain VAT-related documentation and records
  • Ensure accurate input/output VAT entries in accounting system
  • Tally Accounting Software
  • Record all financial transactions using Tally ERP
  • Generate various financial and tax reports through Tally
  • Manage GST/VAT settings and invoicing modules in Tally
  • Invoicing & Billing
  • Generate sales invoices and purchase bills
  • Track receivables and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing processes
  • Banking & Cash Handling
  • Handle daily banking tasks: deposits, withdrawals, reconciliations
  • Monitor cash flow and maintain petty cash register
  • Liaise with banks for financial transactions and statements
  • Stock & Inventory Maintenance
  • Maintain and update the stock register regularly
  • Record stock movement: inward and outward
  • Conduct periodic stock reconciliation
  • Sundries & Administrative Support
  • Manage sundry expenses and maintain petty cash log
  • Assist with general office administration and filing
  • Support in procurement and vendor coordination

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar accounting or admin role
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP or other accounting software
  • Knowledge of VAT filing and compliance
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with local tax regulations and compliance processes
  • Salary Range - 20,000-35,000 inhand
  • Location- Noida Sector 88
