Job Responsibilities Manage Finance team in India for all accounting functions to ensure teams optimal performance. Stay in frequent contact with the U.S. based Finance team and Finance leadership to ensure both teams work hand in hand. Be the process expert, leading the team towards worldclass accounting practices and compliance. Review firm balance sheet account reconciliations prepared by the general ledger team. Collaborate with team on month-end closing activities with continued focus on process improvement and technical accounting skills development. Prepare necessary journal entries. Other duties and processes as needed. Requirements Supervision experience Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field Minimum of 7 years of general ledger accounting experience Knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles Strong proficiency in Excel Workday Software experience preferred CPA or equivalent credential preferred Compensation and Benefits Compensation: Commensurate with Industry standards?
