The role includes proper bookkeeping records & ensuring compliance accounting. Our ideal candidate will bring: Minimum 3 Years of exp in relevant field. Knowledge of accounting standards. An eagerness to learn and improve A positive personality, attitude & a Team player. Can thrive under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to be adaptable, flexible, and a multi-tasker Excellent Verbal & written communication skills Willing to work in US Shift (permanently) Tech Skills - Preferably decent working knowledge on US accounting software- QuickBooks Should be able to prepare AR/AP Reports Should know how to do bank reconciliation Should know how to pass Journal entries Creation of Invoices. Booking of Bills Payment follow ups Timely payment of creditors invoices Daily Bank/cash balance position reports. Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly MIS Reports Knowledge of MS Excel features like basic formulas, Pivot Table, Pivot Chart, Pivot Graph, VLook up, HLookup Etc. Interaction with employees in regard to timesheet & their expense reports Requirements Education - Minimum qualification will be Degree in Bachelor of Commerce.
