Accounting Coordinator

As an Accounting Clerk at Pyramid Global Hospitality's StateView Hotel, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our commitment to exceptional service and memorable guest experiences through your attention to detail and professionalism. Your role will involve ensuring accurate recording of daily outlet totals, inputting revenues into reports, reconciling credit card postings, preparing checks and invoices, and maintaining proper documentation. Your dedication to maintaining professionalism and adherence to company policies will be key in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Record daily outlet totals accurately - Input revenues into reports and maintain support documentation - Reconcile credit card postings and settlements - Distribute daily reports in a timely manner and file accounting reports properly - Notify outlets of discrepancies and prepare checks with supporting invoices - Ensure accuracy of AR supporting documentation and send AR invoices for approval - Perform all activities in a professional manner and in accordance with company policies Qualifications Required: - College degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience preferred - Extensive knowledge of a hotel Front Office system preferred - Understanding of POS systems and information processing - Advanced computer skills with a focus on accounting - Knowledge of Excel, including formulas, VLook-Ups, Pivot Tables, and If/Then statements Joining the StateView Hotel team means being part of a company that values its employees and is dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences.
