Accounting & Bookkeeping Internship in Bangalore

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling various tasks related to bookkeeping, invoicing, vendor management, GST reconciliation, tax compliance, petty cash management, creating sales invoices, preparing cost sheets, and organizing bills. Key Responsibilities: - Recording transactions on a daily basis for bookkeeping. - Reviewing invoices with orders to ascertain invoice items. - Knowing the total liability of each vendor by preparing vendor sheets. - Assisting in placing and returning orders by creating an online purchase list. - Reviewing and examining book entries and the GST portal for GST reconciliation. - Following up with vendors for GST credit to ensure tax compliance. - Preparing reimbursement sheets for site supervisors and assisting in preparing reimbursement sheets for employees for petty cash management. - Working on Zoho Books for creating sales invoices. - Preparing cost sheets for sites and labor. - Organizing bills efficiently. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices. - Proficiency in using Zoho Books or similar accounting software. - Knowledge of GST reconciliation and tax compliance procedures. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
