About the Firm

We are a well-established Chartered Accountancy firm based in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi, engaged in providing professional services in Accounting, Taxation, Audit, and Compliance. We are seeking a qualified and responsible Accountant who can independently manage accounting, GST, and TDS-related compliance for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full accounting work on Busy and Tally software.
• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and records on a regular basis.
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C) accurately and within deadlines.
• Conduct GST reconciliation between books and portal data.
• Prepare and file TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.) and ensure timely payments.
• Assist in Balance Sheet preparation and audit workings.
• Visit client locations for accounting, verification, and data management as required.
• Handle GST registrations, firm registrations, and compliance filings.
• Assist in drafting replies to GST, TDS, and other statutory notices.
• Support partners in audit assignments and financial statement finalization.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Busy Accounting Software and Tally ERP / Prime.
• Good understanding of GST laws, TDS provisions, and basic accounting standards.
• Strong command of MS Excel and basic data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Educational Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA or equivalent qualification.

• Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
• Job Location: 294, Guru Harkishan Nagar, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi – 110087
• Joining: Immediate or within 15 days
