Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Maintain books of accounts of the society as per accounting standards. Prepare and issue monthly/quarterly maintenance bills to members. Record all receipts, payments, and expenses in accounting software/manual registers. Manage bank reconciliations, petty cash, and deposits. Maintain and monitor sinking fund, repair fund, and reserve fund. Ensure timely payments to vendors, contractors, and service providers. Coordinate with the statutory auditor for annual audits and filing of reports. Generate Income & Expenditure Statement, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance. Keep track of defaulters and send reminders/penalty notices. Assist the managing committee in financial planning and budget preparation.
