Job Summary
Job Description: In this job, candidates will be responsible for

Ø To safeguard businesses interests against GST risk exposures
Ø To Calculate and filing of TDS entries/ return & all timely return statutory.Ø To prepare P &L A/c and balance sheet according to Income tax & Ministry of corporate affairs.Ø Maintain records, including contracts and change ordersØ Daily bookkeeping.Ø Review and approve supplier invoices.Ø Review account totals related to assets and expensesØ Investigate variances and submit variance reports to managementØ Confer with receivables & payable ( Sundry Debtors & Creditors)Ø Report to management regarding the remaining funds available in bank.Ø Create or approve all billings to customersØ Create and submit government reports and tax returns.Ø Compile information for internal and external auditors, as requiredØ Communicate and coordinate with the local offices.Ø Monthly journal entries, accounts & various ledgerØ Posting of purchase invoices.Ø Processed credit memos, travel vouchers and expense reportsØ Matched invoices with purchase orders and verify payment termsØ Coordinate approval processes of all accounts payable invoicesØ Monitor and review accounting & system related reportsØ Process employee expense reportsØ Preparing expenses statementØ To maintain a record of petty cash.Ø Bank reconciliation.Ø Record and create e Way bills.Ø Salary disbursement & its Accounting.Ø Handling & writing cheques & making labours salary.

Qualifications and Skills

• Candidate must have completed Graduation.
• Candidates must have 4-5 years of experience in accounting.
• Candidate should have good knowledge of tally and written communication skills.
