Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsibilities Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulation Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, report and analysis on a regular basis, providing insights into the company's financial performance Tax Compliance: Assist in tax planning and compliance activities, including the preparation and filing of tax return and ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations. Audit Support: Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits, providing necessary documentation a support as required. Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees and compliance with statutory regulations. Expense Management: Monitor and control expenses, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, providing recommendations to management. ____________________________________________________________ Requirements Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within the packaging or manufacturing industry. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications such as CA, CMA CPA are a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and trend identify insights, and make recommendations for improvement. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effective communicate financial information to stakeholder Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and support cross-functional initiatives. Ethical Conduct: High level of integrity and ethics, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies
